This is getting out of hand! We are finally destroying this trailer thats just a big ole eye sore. Theres so many different ways we can approach this demolition, but I think we got it figured out. We are using the three heavy equipment machines to turn this trailer into a squashed coke can. After this is all said and done, we can now move onto doing some more landscaping and building the new entry gates! Cant wait to show y'all!!! Thanks For Watching!

Boxes and boxes of intact tiles..."there's only a few good ones" 🤦‍♂️ not everyone is rich af with multiple properties and millions of dollars in vehicles and equipment. You could have easily donated it to people. Wasteful and selfish "just fun to break stuff" can tell these guys are still immature. 😔

Could've just wound the brakes off manually on the slack adjusters and towed the whole thing away but that wouldn't have been very interesting 🤣🤣🤣

Those trailers were owned by the associated truck lines inc. (one of the trailers had It written on it) the inc had a case at the Supreme Court Michigan in the 1960s if I remember correctly for abandoning their trailers and the cargo. So you may have just destroyed some really interesting piece of history as well as some cargo which never reached the customer😅

Use the Brick tile for border edge of concrete pathways and broken tile for a mosaic surface design, someone could have used that tile for a creative concrete slab and pathways. That tile could have been repurposed for creative designed walkways and slabs. Someone else's trash could have been someone else's artistic Pavedways. I'm surprised someone hadn't reached out to you guys for that tile. Habitat for Humanity would have been happy to repurpose that tile it's what they do. 🤗

Genuine question: does the tile from this time period have asbestos or is it only the adhesive that secures the tile to the floor that has asbestos? I got worried about our boys’ health on this one but I’m hoping it’s not a big deal.

As a general guide, it is possible that ceramic tiles produced between 1920 and 1980 may contain asbestos of some kind. This is likely to be in crystalline form, and is not the notoriously carcinogenic lightweight fibrous asbestos which was used mainly as insulation and is typically referred to as 'Blue Asbestos'. From about 1980 onwards, asbestos was systematically outlawed for almost all applications in First World Countries. If in any doubt whatsoever, my Firm always brings in specialist scientific experts to methodically quantify, identify and evaluate any possible health risks. Although the last 'positive' result we identified was over thirty years ago, we still consider it prudent and ethical to commission such investigations if there is any possibility of dangerous asbestos contamination at a location.

Симеон+Елеазар, this is the one that ends it for me. I have long been shocked at your ignorance and lack of safety for years, but I have also learned along with you, as I would by observing children discover the world. However, you scored some entirely usable and free materials with those tiles and whatever else might have been in those trailers, which could and should have been donated for re-use, but you celebrated their destruction on camera. I haven't seen any kind of philanthropy from you guys, and this just goes overboard in my mind. Your displayed immaturity with how the world works seems to be fed by your ITmores wealth, and I cannot participate any longer. Добре здоров'я to you and your family, but I'm checking out.

FYI: REALITY CHECK -This is the elephant in the room with electric vehicles. Our residential infrastructure cannot bear the load. A home charging system for a Tesla requires 75 amp service. The average house is equipped with 100 amp service. On our small street (approximately 25 homes), the electrical infrastructure would be unable to carry more than three houses with a single Tesla each. In case you were thinking of buying hybrid or an electric car... Ever since the advent of electric cars, the REAL cost per mile of those things has never been discussed. All you ever heard was the mpg in terms of gasoline, with nary a mention of the cost of electricity to run it. At a neighborhood BBQ I was talking to a neighbor, a BC Hydro Executive. I asked him how that renewable thing was doing. He laughed, then got serious. If you really intend to adopt electric vehicles, he pointed out, you had to face certain realities. For example, a home charging system for a Tesla requires 75 amp service. The average house is equipped with 100 amp service. On our small street (approximately 25 homes), the electrical infrastructure would be unable to carry more than three houses with a single Tesla each. For even half the homes to have electric vehicles, the system would be wildly over-loaded. This is the elephant in the room with electric vehicles. Our residential infrastructure cannot bear the load. So, as our genius elected officials promote this nonsense, not only are we being urged to buy these things and replace our reliable, cheap generating systems with expensive new windmills and solar cells, but we will also have to renovate our entire delivery system! This later "investment" will not be revealed until we're so far down this dead end road that it will be presented with an 'OOPS...!' and a shrug. If you want to argue with a green person over cars that are eco-friendly, just read the following. Note: If you ARE a green person, read it anyway. It's enlightening. Eric test drove the Chevy Volt at the invitation of General Motors and he writes, "For four days in a row, the fully charged battery lasted only 25 miles before the Volt switched to the reserve gasoline engine." Eric calculated the car got 30 mpg including the 25 miles it ran on the battery. So, the range including the 9-gallon gas tank and the 16 kwh battery is approximately 270 miles. It will take you 4.5 hours to drive 270 miles at 60 mph. Then add 10 hours to charge the battery and you have a total trip time of 14.5 hours. In a typical road trip your average speed (including charging time) would be 20 mph. According to General Motors, the Volt battery holds 16 kwh of electricity. It takes a full 10 hours to charge a drained battery. The cost for the electricity to charge the Volt is never mentioned, so I looked up what I pay for electricity. I pay approximately (it varies with amount used and the seasons) $1.16 per kwh. 16 kwh x $1.16 per kwh = $18.56 to charge the battery. $18.56 per charge divided by 25 miles = $0.74 per mile to operate the Volt using the battery. Compare this to a similar size car with a gasoline engine that gets only 32 mpg. $3.19 per gallon divided by 32 Mpg = $0.10 per mile. The gasoline powered car costs about $25,000 while the Volt costs $46,000 plus. So the Government wants us to pay twice as much for a car, that costs more than seven times as much to run, and takes three times longer to drive across the country. WAKE UP NORTH AMERICA!!!!!!!....copied from John Koth

@Ryan Schomburg Not sure, but basically they said sometime around July that the R22 would be taken to their new Commercial Building when that is finished, then hopefully be restored to airworthy condition by summer 2022. They already have all the parts necessary to make this happen, but they will need to commission an A&P (Airframe and Powerplant) FAA Licensed Helicopter Mechanic to supervise, document and certify all the work. No news yet on when or whether Simeon and/or Eleazar are going to begin their Ground School, take the exams and do all their Practical Training so that they can then apply for their Pilot's Licenses.

For those saying there asbestos that may be true but its only a problem when you cut then with a grinder I have done ton of tile work and known that its 100% safe to break them just not geting the dust airborne.

    • John Stedman
      John Stedman

Yes, that is correct. The primary carcinogenic threats presented by this material arise from airborne strands of loose and fibrous 'Blue Asbestos' which was used widely until the 1960s as fire-resistant thermal insulation around pipework in medium and large scale heating installations in buildings, ships and in other locations. The most famous victim of terminal cancer related to this risk was the actor Steve McQueen, who died aged 50. Removal of such cladding has to be undertaken very carefully by trained and licensed professionals wearing sophisticated PPE and breathing apparatus, and it is essential that anyone who purchases or works in situations where Blue asbestos may be encountered should be made thoroughly aware of the life-threatening risks involved and the precautionary measures which are mandated. My Firm recently organised and supervised such a process in a 1930s building in London, England, and the operation cost well into six figures.

A full-size professional Paint Booth is certainly planned for inclusion in the new building, and should see much productive use.
